A full, hot breakfast is served from 8:30-9:30. Please let us know if you would like to eat earlier or later and we will try our best to accommodate your schedule. Let us know in advance of any special dietary requirements you may have. The Guest Refreshment Center is always available with bottled water, fruit, and snacks. Coffee and Tea are available 7:00am.

Wine & Cheese Tasting: Join your hosts and fellow guests for Wine & Cheese from 5:30 - 6:30 in the Living Room.

Turndown Service: We will refresh your room each evening and provide cookies to send you to sleep with sweet dreams.

Check In: Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. We’d be happy to work within your schedule if possible, but please let us know in advance if you wish a different check-in time. Check-out is 11:00 a.m.

Deposit: 50% deposit (including tax) required per room reserved.

Cancellation: We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 processing fee. We ask for 14 days notice to cancel a reservation. For a full refund (minus the $25.00 processing fee) the reservation must be cancelled 14 days prior to the arrival date. If the reservation is cancelled within 14 days the deposit is nonrefundable. Guests are responsible for charges for early departures. No-shows will be charged for the entire reservation. Please call for our large group cancellation policy.

Smoking: For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted indoors. Please take advantage of the porch and gardens if you wish to smoke.

Pets: Pets less than 40 pounds are accepted in the Pine Room (which has an independent entrance). There is a $25 cleaning charge per stay and guests will be responsible for any damage caused by your pet. Pets are not allowed in the common areas of the home or in other bedrooms.
